With over thirty years of accounting experience, Sharon has built her career on understanding numbers and managing corporate assets. Her extensive experience in analyzing data and tracking trends helps her to develop financial strategies to build cash and corporate equity while minimizing controllable expenses and debt. As FlightWorks Controller, Sharon and the accounting team play a vital role in managing aircraft owners’ assets. Together with other department leaders (CEO, Maintenance, Flight Operations, Charter Sales, Human Resources) an annual budget specific to each aircraft is developed. The aircraft owner can then know what to expect for the coming year and can budget accordingly.
