Sharon Hester joined FlightWorks in 2007. Ms. Hester serves as Corporate Controller providing expertise in information analysis, accounting services, process improvement and financial analysis with oversight for all accounting-related functions. Before joining FlightWorks, Ms. Hester was controller of Stratix Corporation, an inventory management systems company. She began her career with Component Sales of America, where she served for ten ears and was promoted to the position of controller. Ms. Hester earned her bachelor's degree in accounting from Kennesaw State University.

As Director of Maintenance for FlightWorks, Tony Raines brings more than 20 years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience, specializing in turbine powered aircraft. Mr. Raines experience includes 10 years in the U.S. Air Force as Maintenance Crew Chief, Quality Assurance Inspector and Shift Supervisor. He is responsible for maintaining the FlightWorks fleet, supervising maintenance technicians and updating maintenance documentation. He holds a degree in Aeronautical Science and maintains licensure in Inspection Authorization and A & P. Mr. Raines has received several awards throughout his career, including Cobb County Business of the Year.

As Chief Pilot, Mr. Sarmento oversees all flight crew personnel and ensures that all staff and aviation activities are compliant with Federal Aviation Regulations and FlightWorks’ Operating Specifications. He is responsible for recruitment, hiring and training of all flight crew personnel and general oversight of the company’s compliance program. Prior to joining FlightWorks, Ari Sarmento was a Director with IHG where he was instrumental in the global hotel operation’s IT reorganization. Mr. Sarmento’s extensive aviation background includes Director of Business Operations for Executive Fliteways, Inc., Operations Manager for Blue Night Aviation, Inc. and Director at American Airlines/Sabre. Mr. Sarmento holds an Aviation Management degree from Ohlone College; and, he is a member of several aviation and community associations.

Johan Segring, Director of Information Technology, is responsible for enhancing and maintaining the information technology infrastructure for the FlightWorks enterprise. He directs, develops and designs customized applications for use in conjunction with enterprise systems to increase efficiencies within FlightWorks business processes. FlightWorks IT department provides ongoing service enrichment to our clients, both internal and external. Prior to his employment with FlightWorks, Mr. Segring held positions as an Information Technology Specialist with Pentastar Aviation and Customer Service Manager with US Airways. He graduated from Western Michigan University's College of Aviation with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aviation Management & Technologies and a minor in Business. He is actively involved in the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce (SACC-Georgia). |

As FlightWorks Safety & Security Manager, Mr. Young is responsible for implementing and administering FlightWorks' flight and ground safety programs. He oversees FlightWorks safety goals to operate the highest safety standards possible, measured by Federal regulations and independent industry audits. Mr. Young is a retired Master Army Aviator with more than 38 years of Aviation experience. He has held positions such as Aviation Safety Officer, Accident Investigator, Standardization Instructor Pilot, Instrument Flight Examiner, Contracting Officer's Representative and Unit Commander.
